Booking Policy

All bookings require a partial deposit to hold the date. Dates are not reserved until partial deposit is received. Deposit is usually 30-50% of total fee and is  non-refundable. Rain dates are highly recommended and if an event does need to be rescheduled for weather within 60 days of original date every effort to apply deposit to new date will be made depending on our availability.  In the event of rescheduling  and we are not available for new date the deposit is retained as a kill -fee. If you paid full amount for event up front and event cancels and cannot be rescheduled we will refund partial  minus  30% of total fee as a kill-fee if cancellation is at least 30 days prior to event date. Last minute cancellations are non refundable.
